- Solicitation This acquisition is for engineering services and technical support for the AN/APQ-170 Radar for the MC-130H aircraft. The support will be essential to the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) of the APQ-170 Radar. The acquisition will be sole source to DRS (CAGE: 98255), 201 Evans Lane, St. Louis, MO 63121. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 21 August 2009 with an approximate response date of 24 September 2010.
