- SOLICITATION for SERVICES Removal of Chemical/Mineral Crystallization Buildup for Tower Cab Window Glass at the George Bush International Airport, Houston ATCT, Houston, Texas. Issue date for solicitation: 08/26/2010 Estimated due date for offers: 09/16/2010 Estimated start date for performance: October 2010 This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. (1st - Very small business, 2nd - 8(a) certified small businesses, 3rd - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Small Businesses, 4th - Large Businesses.) Each tier will be evaluated using the procedure outlined below. A determination of insufficient competition or unreasonable price will be made before the next tier is evaluated. Directions on the tiered evaluation are in Section M of the solicitation. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the small business size standard for this code is $14 million. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov).
