- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00167-10-T-0137. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. This RFQ is a one hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 443130 and the Small Business size standard is $7 million. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 “ Quantity (1) each - - Pansonic 1080i P2 HD Camcorder (Part Number: AJ-HPX3000) CLIN 0002 “ Quantity (1) each -- Pansonic Tripod Adaptor Photo Len (Part Number: SHAN-TM700) CLIN 0003 “ Quantity (1) each -- Pansonic HD Electronic Viewfinder (Part Number: AJ-HVF21G) CLIN 0004 “ Quantity (1) each -- Pansonic Anton-Bauer Dionic Package Tandem 70 Charge and 90 Battery Package (Part Number: AB Dionic Package) CLIN 0005 “ Quantity (1) each -- Fujinon 17X w/ 2x CAC Capable Lens (Part Number: XA17X7.6BERM-M58B). Delivery is required 10 days ARO. Fob Destination. Final inspection and acceptance will be at: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, 9500 MacArthur Blvd., West Bethesda, MD 20817-5700. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. All responses must be received by 03 September 2010 “ 3:00PM-ET, and must reference RFQ number N00167-10-T-0137. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: To be considered for award an offer must include each of the following items below. (1) The solicitation number. (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers. (3) Company name, address, and telephone number. (4) Active CCR registration CAGE and DUNS number. (5) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. (6) Terms of any express warranty. (7) Price and any discount terms. (8) Delivery date ARO. (9) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3(ALT III) OR a statement that required representations and certifications are on file with the ORCA -Online Representations and Certifications Application internet website, https://orca.bpn.gov.(10) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments. (11) If the offer is not submitted on the SF 1449, include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. All contractors and individuals doing business with the Federal Government must be registered at the Contractor Central Registration Database (CCR) to be considered for award.
