- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3CS0146AC01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38.. This acquisition is 100% set aside for 8(a) competative concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 517110, with number of employees not to exceed 1,500. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Contractor to provides satellite television subscription for Eielson AFB Dish Network Receivers. Statement of Need; Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for 123 Dish Network receivers that need to include 15 pay per view channels (ESPN Game Plan, ESPN Full Court, MLB Extra Innings, and Direct Kick) to approximately 850 television drops on the industrial side of base. The channel guide is also attached. The signal is received through 3 satellite dishes (110, 119, and 148). The primary signal comes from Dish Network 119, the Pentagon Channel 148 and the Military Channel 110. The government owns the antennas and receivers and maintains the signal once it leaves the receivers. Receivers are not HDMI and have component video out. The government is responsible for the infrastucture throughout the base. Quantity: 1 Lump Sum F.O.B Destination is to Eielson AFB, AK. (End description).
