Answers to Vendor Questions Emergency Response - #3 Emergency Response - #2 Emergency Response - #1 Attachment Q - Fueling Procedures for Small Shop Fabricated Tanks Attachment P - Specialty Training Standards for Fuels Career Field Attachment N - 280-281 USTs Spreadsheet Attachment M - Recurring Work Program for Petroleum Systems Attachment L - Massachusetts Annual Inspection Form Attachment K - Inspection & Testing Spreadsheet Attachment J - Convault Owners Manual Professional Engineer Signature Page 2009 HazMat Plan M O D I F I C A T I O N # 1 This modification includes several attachments - - Answers to Vendor Questions - The 2009 Westover HazMat Plan - Profession Engineer's Signature Page - Four (4) Emergency Response Drawing - Seven (7) Attachments The Closing Time of this solicitation has been extended to 5:00 pm, 31 August 2010. Please acknowledge in writing when submitting proposal that you have viewed Modification #1. The purpose of this project is to update the Westover ARB Hazardous Materials Emergency Planning and Response (HAZMAT) Plan in accordance with contract requirements, attached Statement of Work, and all current Federal (including 40 CFR 112 regulations) and State Regulations and Policies. The contractor will be required to perform fieldwork, create reports, plans, and supporting documentation, and to meet with Base personnel to verify or update their functions and responsibilities. The contractor shall provide the personnel, facilities, labor, materials, and equipment required to accomplish the tasks described in this Project Description. The contractor shall at all times comply with all current Federal and State laws, regulations, guidance, and standards governing the execution of environmental investigations and associated activities. The contractor shall be responsible for determining and complying with Federal, State, county, city, and local regulations and guidance on the execution of project related activities.
