Description

The solicitation document The statement of work document The contractor must have a NMFS Endangered Species Permit for smalltooth sawfish and an Everglades National Park Permit. The Endangered Species Act requires an ESA permit for anyone working on endangered species. The contractor must also have at least 4 years of field work experience working with smalltooth sawfish and longline/gillnet gears. Please be sure to follow the instructions listed on page 2 ("Offerors are to return the following information") of the RFQ document. Eastern Region Acquisition requires that all contractors doing business with the acquisition office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). An award cannot be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR. For additional information, and to register in CCR, please access the following website: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ In order to register with CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must first have a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) DUNS number. A DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number may be acquired free of charge at the following website: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform The Government urges all contractors to submit their representations and certifications through the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website: https://orca.bpn.gov/
