- Furniture Layout Appendix'C'-Safety Requirements Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. NAICS: 337211 NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of the acquisition of all labor and materials required for installation of 5 individual workstations, 2 computer slings 8"X36", 1 computer sling 8"X25", 1 computer sling 8"X18", 1 computer sling 8"X33", 1 3-drawer locking filing cabinet 16"X30", Two 3-drawer locking file cabinets 16"X30", One 3-drawer locking filing cabinet 36"X30", one 3-drawer locking filing cabinet 18"X18, Two 3- drawer locking filing cabinets 18"X33", 1 shelve 40"X36"X5", three shelve cabinet with doors 60"X12"X31", One 3 door cabinet with adjustable shelves 77" x 18" x 64", 2 door cabinet without shelves 38"X10"64", 1 fixed shelving unit 27"X8"X52",1 cabinet with 3 adjustable shelves 35"X13"X23", 1 corner cabinet with a door in the center and 1 cabinets on each side without a door with 3 adjustable shelves 84"X18"X481/2", 1 cabinet with 3 sections, center section does not contain doors and two outside sections will have doors and 3 adjustable shelves in all sections 85"X18"X60", 1 desktop containing two corner sections 237"X36"X30", 1 desktop 63"X18"X30" with a rounded corner, 1 desktop 85"X36"X30". Countertops will be constructed with corian and cabinets will be constructed of oak, maple or hickory finished with stain or paint. The attached Statement of Work (SOW), Appendix"C"-Safety Requirements, and Layout are attached and hereby incorporated as a apart of this combined/synopsis. Mfr: Lifetime Cabinets Cage Code: 5BK92 Brand Name Justification: Must match existing Lifetime customized cabinet furniture currently in-place at Robins AFB GA. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 45 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Jaqueline.Kittrell@robins.af.mil no later than 27 Aug 2010, 4:00 P.M. EST. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 2010. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
