- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 337215, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/ Purchase Request number F2K2AF0118A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular2005-43 effective 02 August 2010. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from end of fiscal year funding. No legal liability on the part of the Government for payment of any money shall arise unless, and until, funds are made available to the Contracting OfficerThe Government intends to award on contract line item number: CLIN 0001-AA: Mobile MX Cabinet Storage System as per attached Statement of WOrk QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 60 ADC Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION.
