- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0450160A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 2 Aug 10, Defense DCN 20100713, and AFAC 2010-0402 20100402. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. The business size standard is 750 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is G002. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 9411. THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order to provide services as the Protestant Director of Religious Education for Travis AFB in accordance with the attached statement of work. This service is for a Base Year and 4 option years. Please price each year seperately. Line Item 0001: The Protestant Director of Religious Education in accordance with the attached statement of work Period Of Performance Base Year: 1 Oct 10- 30 Sept 11 Base Year: 1 Oct 11- 30 Sept 12 Base Year: 1 Oct 12- 30 Sept 13 Base Year: 1 Oct 13- 30 Sept 14 Base Year: 1 Oct 14- 30 Sept 15 Please provide any additional charges. Services will begin 1 Oct 10. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
