- THIS MODIFICATION HEREBY REPLACES THE WORDING IN THE ORIGINAL SECTION 4.B and PREVIOUSLY ADDED SUBCONTRACTING GOALS: CORRECTION TO BEGINNING OF SECTION 4.B: The selected firm shall have professional qualifications and registrations necessary for satisfactory performance of required services listed in the project information section. These qualification and registrations include professional land surveyors with current registrations in MD, NY, PA, VA, and WVA, as well as a minimum of one Professional Geologist, one licensed Landscape Architect and one licensed Professional Engineer in the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Sanitary/Environmental Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Hydrographic Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Cost Engineering; CORRECTION TO SUBCONTRACTING GOALS AT END OF SECTION 5: Subcontracting goals for the Baltimore District: 70% to Small Business, of which: 6.2% to Small Disadvantaged Business, 7.0% to Woman-Owned Small Business, 9.8% to Hubzone Business, 3.5% Veteran-Owned Small Business and 2% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. This is NOT a request for proposal.
