Description
SPM4A7-10-R-1553 will be issued to establish an Definite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 28 each of NSN 1560-01-410-7004, STABILIZER, VENTRAL. This is used on the F-16 Aircraft. There is a Drawing Package available but any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material may use the Drawings to submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. This item is identified by the following Part Numbers: Lockheed Martin (CAGE 81755) Part Number 16B730-6 Aerospace Commercial Technology (CAGE 1XKR3) Part Number 16B730-6 Westpark Industries, (CAGE 00KE8), Part Number 16B730-6 Camtech Precision Mfg. (CAGE 524H4) Part Number 16B730-6 The four firms above are the only approved sources and award is expected to be made to one of the three Small Business firms; 1XKR3, 00KE8, & 524H4. A First Article Test is required: 1 item. The First Article will be Inspection at Origin, Acceptance at Destination. Requested Delivery will be 200 DARO for the FAT Item. Delivery will be 270 Days After FAT Approval for the Production Items. This item requires Item Unique Identificatio (IUID) marking in accordance with MIL-STD-130; Direct Part Marking via Laser Bonding using TherMark or CerMark process. More details will be in the solicitaiton, in the Item Description. A MYLAR Drawing (Electronic Format) is available and will be provided to the eventual Awardee only. The Contractor will be responsible for having the data converted to the necessary format Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. The RFP will be available after September 3 rd on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
