Description

The Northern Hills Ranger District as part of the Black Hills National Forest has a solicitation opportunity for a bonded construction project consisting of nineteen ATV trail sites closures and reconditioning/repair of approximately 1.63 miles of roads. Project will include rolling dips, geotextile placement, buck and pole fence, seeding, installation of road closure devices. There is base contract with a possibility of five additive items. Awarded project will require both a performance and payment bond for the full amount of the successful quoters quote. A bid bond is not required. Project value is listed between $25,000 and $100,000. A prequote Meeting and site visit is scheduled for August 31, 2010 at 0900 MDT at the Northern Hills Ranger District Office, 2014 N Main St, Spearfish SD.
