Specific equipment is required, as this is a CBP/DHS accredited radar system with specific configuration and connectivity requirements. Any deviations (not approved by us) could result in equipment that is not compatible with our configuration and could result in equipment being purchased that cannot be connected or utilized or could result in AMOSS losing its accreditation and authorization to operate. These systems do not run on the Windows operating system, but run on Red Hat Linux which complicates configuration, patching, etc. This hardware must be configured with the unique AMOSS application code.
