- SOLICITATON SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED. The solicitation issue date is 18 Aug 2010. Offers are due on 30 Aug 2010 10 AM The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. All current and/or future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Any questions regarding this requirement should be emailed directly to Francene Bielik francene.bielik@hill.af.mil The Air Force plans to procure Upgrade Kits for the 3515A Portable Radio Communications Test Set 45 EA Model: 63972 Kit, Airborne Adapter 45 EA Model: 5762 Accessory Box, Blk, 3515N/3500A 45 EA Model: 35XXOpt02 Oscilloscope Option 45 EA Model: AC27006 Flip Cover. Also At No Charge: 45 Each AC27027 Maintenance Manual, CD 3515-3515A and 45 Each Model 6132 Operations Manual, 3515AR AUTHORITY: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), JUSTIFICATION: SUPPLIES REQUIRED ARE FROM ONLY ONE OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE SOURCE(S) AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLCIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE, OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF SOURCES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.301-1.
