- Standard Form 30 Revised Scope of Work The Contractor will be responsible for and shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and install government-furnished carpet tiles; remove, provide and install vinyl wall base; and provide and install vinyl composition tile (VCT) in areas of Rooms 372, 415, and 456 as defined on the attached drawings at the Robert Denney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, NE 68508. Base and VCT color selections to be made by tenant based on samples provided by contractor. To receive the drawings associated with this project, please fill out the attached Document Security Notice and return it to Shawn Starostka at shawn.starostka@gsa.gov.
