- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order using the simplified acquisition process to North Atlantic Industries, Inc. 110 Wilbur Place Bohemia, NY 11716, for six (6) VME I/O Cards. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reason: this card has been integrated into the existing development environment and CAMS hardware configuration. Offerors wishing to qualify items for future procurements may find out about the process for qualification by contacting Mr. Ivan Velazquez-Padilla, NSWC-PCD, (850) 235-5833, ivan.velazquez-padil@navy.mil. A firm-fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. Award will be based on a responsive proposal at a fair and reasonable price. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 423430 applies. FSC is 5998.
