Hiawatha National Forest - Escanaba, MI Wage Determination MI100004 Prelease Fire-Life Safety Low Rise Prelease Fire-Life Safety High Rise Sample US Government Lease for Real Property (Form SF 2 Rev 6/2003) Access Control Proposal to Lease Space GSA Form 1364 (Rev 8/08) Representations and Certifications (Rev 1/2007) General Clauses (Rev 11/05) Solicitation Provisions Proposal to Lease Instructions Lessors Annual Cost Statement - GSA Form 1217 Workflow Relationship Diagram Voice and Data Wiring Systems Design Guidelines Section 16700 - Telecommunications Wiring Systems The USDA Forest Service, Hiawatha National Forest - Supervisors Office has a requirement to lease 15,200 - 16,500 ANSI/BOMA Offfice Area Square Feet (ABOA). This is a 15 year firm term lease. The desired area of consideration is a 3-mile radius of the City of Escanaba and/or Gladstone, Michigan. Space must be located in an office, research, technology or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere, or on an attractively landscaped site that is professional and prestigious in appearance. The surrounding development must be well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Parking requirements: No less than 14 enclosed parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles located no less than 500 feet from office space. Additional parking for employees and visitors are 60 vehicles which includes 3 spaces that are American with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) compliant.
