- LOCHINVAR COPPER-FIN II WATER HEATER The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg is located in Hopewell,Virginia, intends to issue solicitation RFQ-114110061, for the requirement of: Lochinvar Copper Fin II Water Heater which will be FOB Destination. The order will be placed by the Facilities Department and will need to be delivered no later than September 27, 2010 to FCC Petersburg (Warehouse), 1060 River Road, Hopewell, VA 23860. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government in regards to price, delivery, and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 13, 2010, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitaiton. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the referenced website. This solicitation is restricted for set aside 8(A), less than 50 employees. All responsible business sources are encouraged to submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have toe most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes will be accepted no later than September 2, 2010 eastern standard time. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3, to complete their presentations and certifications via the on-line presentations and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registry (CCR) database at http://ccr.gov.
