- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Request for Quotation (RFQ) CNSHQ10T0020. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective August 2, 2010. This acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 337910. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7210. The standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2515. The requirement description follows: Item Quantity Unit Unit/Price Amount CLIN 0001 Twin Dorm Mattress (37x74) 320 ea ________ _______ CLIN 0002 Twin XL Twin Dorm Mattress (37x79) 30 ea ________ _______ *CLIN 0003 Removal, Delivery, & Installation 350 ea ________ _______ *(Based on truckload deliveries the vendor must remove and install 100 units per shipment) Delivery will be made to Pacific Region Campus, McClellan, CA 95652 FOB Destination. The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The vendor shall include a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with your quote.
