- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a contract to a Small Business only. The requirement is for Courier Services for Pathology and the Blood Donor Center at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The period of performance is a Base Year (1 Oct, 2010 through 30 September 2011) and 4 Option Years (1 Oct 2011 through 30 September 2015). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by August 18 th, 2010, 2PM EST.
