OF SPACE The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 6,248 rentable square feet of space to yield 5,320 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in FT. LAUDERDALE, FL within the following delineated area: West: I-95 North: E Sunrise Blvd. to 19th Ave East East: 19th Avenue East, south to NE 6th Ct, South on N Victoria Park Road, South to SE 2nd Ct., to SE 17th Ave., draw line across river to Cordova Road, South to 17th St. to SE. 10th Ave to SE 20th St., to SE 6th Ave/SE Federal Hwy. to 595 South: I-595 The Government requires a fully-serviced lease with structured parking for 13 vehicles. Occupancy date is February 1, 2011. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Both existing buildings and new construction will be solicited. Unique Requirements: Space must be in the same building, above the first floor, and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone.
