- The following questions have been received in regards to subject solicitation. Answers are provided below each question. 1)The RFP requires a total price by CLIN. Please provide guidance on how the CLIN prices should be calculated. ANSWER: Prices shall include the total for CLIN 0001, with the subcins broken down as Labor (everything except ODC's) and ODC's. Your ODC's shall be based on the requirement as described in the PWS or sample TO. 2)The RFP requires pricing in accordance with FAR 15.4. Please provide the specific areas of FAR 15.4 required for this procurement. ANSWER: FAR 15.403-5 3)Pg 40, Section L.1.c states, The proposal shall contain a glossary of unique terms including all acronyms. Is the list of acronyms included in the page count of each volume? ANSWER: No 4) SF33, Section 9 states SUBMIT VIA EMAIL. 1. Does the government have an email file limitation size? 2. If so, what is the file size limitation? 3. If not, does the government prefer an email submission with all files attached in zippedfiles? ANSWER: The Government does not have a file limitation, and yes an email submission with zip files is acceptable. All other questions must be submitted via e-mail no later than 13 August.
