- August 11, 2010 In Reply Refer To: 69D/GLAC Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP Attn: Michael Scherbel 11000 W. Park Place Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53224 SUBJ:Notice of Contract Award for Contract No: VA69D-P-1482, Open-End A/E Design IDIQ contract for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Acceptance is hereby made of your proposal dated August 11, 2010 for the Open-End A/E Design IDIQ contract at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Maximum price for this contract is $1,495,000.00 (ONE MILLION, FOUR-HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS) to provide architectural, electrical and mechanical design as specified in the contract necessary to design various construction projects at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. Individual task orders will be issued in an amount not below $50,000 and not to exceed $500,000. All work will be accomplished within the time limits in accordance with the Notice to Proceed for that particular task order. All work will be in accordance with current NEPA, state, local, and national codes. Contract Number VA69D-P-1482 has been assigned to this award and must be referred to in any future correspondence concerning this award.
