VA will also consider acceptance of a donated site. It is VA ™s intention to have the building constructed by a private-sector entity that will purchase the land and lease to VA for up to 20 years. VA will consider properties in the range of 20 to 24 developable acres. The property must be available for use, and be capable of accommodating a 112,000 net usable square foot multi-story clinic building with on-site parking for approximately 896 vehicles. All utilities and fiber must be available on-site. For further information concerning the requirement, please e-mail Mr.Garland Gill at ggill@isiwdc.com. Location: The site must be located within the following delineated area: Within a ten-mile radius of the VA Medical Center located at 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery. All sites to be considered must be located within two miles of an exit off Interstate 85 coming from the East or within two miles of an exit off Interstate 65 going North and South remaining within the ten mile radius. Offeror must provide evidence that the property is outside the 100-year flood plain. EXPRESSIONS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN AUGUST 30, 2010. 1. Development site address and owner ™s contact information. 2. Scaled site drawings. Note: The government will enter into an option for no more than the appraised fair market value for the site.
