- Performance Work Statement SERVICES, NONPERSONAL: The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Blackboard Inc., 650 Massachuetts Ave, NW 6th floor Washington DC 20001-3796. The Contractor is to provide services for the Blackboard Application Service Provider Hosting to support Air University resident, non-resident, and blending learning programs located at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Al in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 08/20/2010 at 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no responses are received by the aforementioned date/timea sole source contract will be awarded to Blackboard Inc. Hosting Services and Features: • Blackboard Learning System Hosting for 25,000 users • Blackboard Content System Hosting for 20,000 users • Additional Storage (up to 1 TB) • Bandwith (burstable) up to 1TB • Staging Environment • Test & Development Environment I • Test & Development Environment II • Complex Hosting Management • Automatic Blackboard Software updates/upgrades and support • EZ Proxy Server Hosting (2 instances) • Hardware scalability (to include load balancing, content storage, video streaming, etc.) Consulting Services: • LS Mat Online Pkg Series (6) • LS Matlic F2FPK
