- Description
- Contractor is to provide Country of Origin Labels for produce and meat departments for Defense Commissary Agency locations worldwide. Delivery locations will be multiple commissaries within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and various overseas locations via Government transport after delivery to a defined United States point of embarkation. The RFQ will be released on or about 10 August 2010 with a closing date of August 16, 2010, 4:00 PM local time. This RFQ will be issued on a small business set-aside basis as a simplified acquisition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339950. Only written requests for a copy of this solicitation will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
