Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business
 

Description

This procurement is set aside for a Service disabled veteran owned small business in accordance with FAR 19.1405. The National Park Service will issue an Request for Quote on or about 18 August 2010 to erect a Picnic Shelter at Fort Necessity National Battlefield, Farmington, Pa. This solicitation will be issued electronically (paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available) on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Solicitation documents will be available in Microsoft Word, HTML, TIFF and Adobe PDF formats. Bidders wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http//ideasec.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification. Plan holders will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents. No other notification will be sent. The work of the project consists of providing all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to erect a Picnic Shelter at Fort Necessity National Battlefield, Farmington, Pa. Performance period is 90 days from notice to Proceed. This will be solicitated as a Request for Quote (RFQ), set aside for a Service disabled veteran owned small business in accordance with FAR 19.1405. The Estimated dollar amount is between $25,000 and $100,000. The time for completion is 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. NAISC code 238110, size $14M. Award will be made to the responsive responsible contractor providing the lowest price. Contractor awarded this contract will need to be a certified service disabled veteran owned small business listed on the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and have a current active registration. All information will be posted in the solicitation.
