Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to ProGroup Instrument Inc, 4927 Fosterburg Road, Alton, IL 62002-7743, for continued maintenance of Pro-Group products, which are seventeen (17) WellPro Serial Diluters, not to exceed one year. The serial numbers of these products are as follows: PG3089, PG1468, PG2063, PG1460, PG2060, PG3033, PG3055, PG3035, PG3036, PG2061, PG2042, PG3031, PG1086, PG3099, PG3100, PG3101, and PL1457. This coverage includes quarterly on-site preventive maintenance visits and repair of any unit needing such. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
