- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. Program Description: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking sources for existing electronic customer service training, particularly in the retail grocery area. The NAICS Code is 611430. Electronic customer service training provides one stop training for all Agency employees, regardless of their work location or job title. Customer service training includes both external and internal customers. Purpose: The purpose of this RFI is twofold: To perform market research to gain knowledge of existing training sources; and 2. To solicit information from industry that will assist the agency in conducting a successful procurement. Information Sought: DeCA seeks sources that are interested in providing information to meet the following: 1. Services available - what online customer service training products do you have available for the retail grocery area? 2. Curriculum outline - what topics are covered? 3. Content presentation and interactive content - what types of learning methods are employed? 4. How is training adapted to different employee work roles in the store and for other supporting functions, such as warehouse, headquarters and regional office employees? 5. What is the application platform? 6. Does this training meet 508 compliance standards? Offerors must be accredited by a recognized accrediting institution, for example, the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET) or the Council on Occupational Education (COE).
