Description

Presolicitation Number: N00174-10-R-004 for a Sole Source Requirement to BAE Systems Land & Armament L.P., 4800 East River Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota is hereby revised to ADD the following text: The Contractor shall fabricate, test, inspect and deliver 57 MM, MK 295 MOD 0, High Explosive Pre-Fragmented, Programmable, Proximity Fuzed (HE-3P) Catridges and 57 MM, MK 296 MOD 0, Target Practice (TP) Cartidges to function in the MK 110 MOD 0 Gun Mount. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division has a Sole Source Requirement for 5mm 3P Cartridges, and 57mm Target Practice (TP) Cartridges to BAE Systems Land & Armament L.P., 4800 East River Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The NAICS Code is 332993 and FSC Code is 1310. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2301(c)(1) - Only one responsible source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. However, all responses must be submitted with in 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
