- The Bureau of Reclamation wishes to identify potential sources for applied research projects from the scientific, engineering, and industrial community with expertise in water treatment. A statement of qualifications is requested with overall information on your firm's area(s) of expertise. An additional section that provides your expertise in specific areas of interest would be appreciated. The specific areas of interest are water treatment, Microfiltration/Ultrafiltration (MF/UF) membranes, pilot plant experience, solids (residuals) management including thickening, and surface water treatment plant design. Your firm does not need experience in all these areas of interest to participate in this request.Please include the attached questionnaire. Your response package should include the following: -An overview of your firm of no more than 25 pages. -Separate sections for each specific area of expertise that you wish to provide. No more than 10 pages each. (Areas of expertise are listed in the above paragraph.) -The questionnaire. Soft cover folders rather than 3 ring binders are requested. Unnecessarily elaborate brochures or packages are not desired. Information packages should not contain proprietary information. However, email submissions are subject to size and type restrictions (typically limited to less than 2 megabyte in size and only non-executable attachments such as.doc or.pdf files) as well as any other appropriate network security measures. It is the respondent's responsibility to verify the e-mail was received and can be viewed. Firms should ensure that their Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record is up to date. The cost of preparing qualification statements in response to this announcement is not considered an allowable direct charge to any contract.
