Description

RECOVERY Textbooks for Intensive and Strategic Program Intermediate Grades and the Junior High SchoolRECOVERY- This procurement is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the transparency and reporting requirements as stated in Clause 52.204-11, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-Reporting Requirements (MAR 2010 DEVIATION) available on the web at http://www.doi.gov/pam/diapr.html. Receipt of the award is contingent on the recipient's meeting the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act, Section 6.4.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items.The Bureau of Indian Affairs, on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education, is requesting price quotes for the purchase of textbooks documented on the attached Request for Quote. All textbooks/materials shall be new, not 'like new' or used, and shall be exactly as specified by item number/ISBN number. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511130.Interested vendors shall submit their price quotes by close of business (4:00 PM MST) August 10, 2010, to Purchasing Agent Judith Mariano at judith.mariano@bia.gov or by facsimile to telephone number (505) 563-3019.
