- Statement of Work Parking Requirement U.S. Department Office of Labor Racketeering & Fraud Investigations Philadelphia, Pennsylvania The U.S. Department of Labor's, Office of Inspector General has a requirement to lease parking spaces for nine sedans and 2 SUVs within an enclosed secure parking garage. The parking garage is to be located within the following boundaries of 150 S. Independence Mall West (6th and Chestnut Streets), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: North—Market Street; South—Walnut Street; East—3rd Street; and West—8th Street. The parking spaces must be within an indoor garage with access/egress control (attendant during operating hours). Twenty-four (24) hour access may be by any means (attendant, key card, key, etc., at no additional cost to the government). The garage must be available for the Office of Inspector General staff's use SEVEN (7) days per week, TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours per day, 365 days per year. Self-parking capability is required. Standard commercial garage is acceptable. The garage must be suitable for vehicular parking with appropriate exhaust and ventilation. The garage must be clean, free of trash, garbage, mice, snakes and other unsafe rodents. The spaces must also be free of accumulated water on the garage floor. Garage must be well lit for security reasons. Parking spaces should be of standard size and sufficient for all government vehicles. Services are to be provided to the U.S. Department of Labor's, Office of Inspector General's, Office of Labor Racketeering and Fraud Investigations office located at 150 S. Independence Mall West, Public Ledger Building, Suite No. 1072, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106, for the period beginning October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. All parties interested in submitting a quote must forward their request in writing to scott.carolyn@oig.dol.gov. The request shall include a capability statement. Each interested party must have a current registration in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR) (located at www.ccr.gov). A copy of this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued approximately 5 business days after the closing date of this requirement to interested parties only.
