This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-10-R-0141 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All offers must be in accordance with the enclosed Instructions to Offerors and Performance Work Statement (PWS). The National Capital Region Contracting Center, on behalf of the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide continuous vital operational support required to manage the daily operations detailed in this PWS, while achieving maximum cost-effectiveness, highest customer satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable DTSA, Department of Defense (DoD), Federal, State, and other applicable regulations as required. This acquisition is a 100 % Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification NAICS 541513: Computer Facilities Management Services; the Size Standard is $25 million dollars. The data published with NAICS code 541513 is comprised of the following SIC industry: 7376 Computer Facilities Management Services. The Period of Performance (POP) will be a Base year of 12 months with two (2)12- month Option Years.
