- Description
- The Government is contemplating awarding a contract, with a one-year basic and two one-year options period of performance, to Teradyne for the purpose of maintaining the B-1 Automatic Digital Test Systems (ADTS) ) and Application Development Environment (ADE) systems, hereafter referred to as ADTS System. The system is a modified Teradyne Spectrum 9100 series, 5-bay Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), with Virtual Modular Equipment (VME) Extensions for Instrumentation (VXI) technology. The Contractor shall maintain test stations with full self-test and calibration verification capability, technical data, ADTS software, ADE software, technical drawings, and provisioning. Software will include all software necessary for ADTS and ADE operation with all associated drivers. The contractor shall provide a Product Support Agreement (PSA) with parts support for the term of the PSA agreement. The PSA shall include all necessary actions to restore the ADTS to working condition should it become unserviceable. The ADTS has flexible hardware and software architectures that are fully expandable, amendable, and eliminate or reduce the need for active Interface Test Adapters (ITAs). The ADE is used by Test Program Set (TPS) developers to develop, test and integrate the TPS software. The ADTS System consists of standardized, commercially available Tester Replacement Units (TRUs), components and software that are re-procurable commercially, but has proprietary system integration hardware and software. This requirement is to maintain ADTSs and ADEs as well as any newly procured ADTS and ADE systems. The contractor shall deliver to the government ADTS drawings in JEDMICS format to reflect the final ADTS configuration. The Contractor shall relocate a specific ADTS upon request from the Government, conduct acceptance tests, and correct any deficiencies on each ADTS prior to Government acceptance. Due to existing PSA, ADTS relocation efforts must comply with Teradyne Product Support Agreement and not void the existing Teradyne warranties. The request for proposal (RFP) should be released approximately 23 August 2010.
