- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS30288 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $14 million. The Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam, has requirements for: Installation of two self-cleaning filters. The vendor shall also remove/install all piping associated with this requirement, per the Statements of Work. The RFQ contains a description, with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotations are due on August 20, 2010 by 4:00 P.M., local time, and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-10210), P.O. Box 61470, Boulder City, NV 89006; or for expedited delivery 500 Fir Street, Boulder City, NV 89005. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at 8:00 A.M., PDT, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam, South U.S. Highway 93, and Boulder City, NV 89005.
