- The purpose of this modification of a previous notice is to highlite the fact that, per the solicitation, the site visit is scheduled for August 17, 2010, at 10:00 am. As the site visit will consist of viewing approximately eight (8) miles of railroad tracks, attendees should expect the site visit to last numerous hours and possibly take more than one day to complete. Due to the nature of this mandatory site visit, it is strongly recommended that parties interested in attending confirm their attendance prior to the day of the site visit.
