Description

The US Department of Agriculture Forest Service is seeking to lease approximately 1 to 2 acres of secure fenced land. The lease term requirement is for 20 years cancellable after two (2) years on 60 days written notice to the lessor. The land must be available for occupancy by September 30, 2010. The delineated area is within 5 miles of the Clearwater National Forest Supervisor's Office in the city of Orofino, Idaho. Other applicable requirements include: Within 2 miles of Highway #12, Highway #7 or the Grangemont Road and no more than 1/4 mile off a paved public road. Sole tenancy. Six (6) foot high chain link or mesh fencing. One or two locked manual gates A 20' wide x 20' height x 40' length 2 or 3-sided storage structure Security lighting. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the address below by 5:00 PM, Mountain Time, September 2, 2010 and must include: Name and address and location of the available land. Rentable acres/square feet available and expected annual rental rate. Date of Space Availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Land ownership information. The Forest Service's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on the information received in response to this advertisement.
