- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole-source award to Partners for Livable Communities 1429 21 st Street, NW Washington, DC 20036, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking professional services to plan two events for the Public Buildings Service for nationwide program specifically for the purpose improving the overall quality of federal design. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 541990. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 5:00 PM EST, August 11, 2010. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
