Description: Solicitation No. RMS00100014 is hereby changed to a "Buy Indian" Set-Aside, open only to Eligible Indian and Indian Economic Enterprises in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47 and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5). Offerors must be eligible under the Buy Indian Act, and a small business. Eligible Indian firms who have already requested a copy of the solicitation should notify susan.sutton@bia.gov that you still wish to be included as a vendor no later than 5 August 2010; no additional information is necessary.
