- Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule INTENT TO MODIFY A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: Please note this is not a Special Notice. Fedbizopps requires a choice from a drop down box and no other choice applies to this posting. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to negotiate and issue a modification to a sole source contract that was previously negotiated and awarded to the Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH ) for the Pregnancy to Early Life Longitudinal (PELL) Data System using FAR part 15. The contract is to maintain, as well as expand the existing PELL Data System developed by the Boston University School of Public Health team in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health that builds on the data system that was created in an earlier project on contract 200-2007-22782. The vendor and his team developed the methods to perform the data linkages to create the PELL data system. BUSPH and their team are the sole proprietors of the data system required for the acquisition. The proposed contract modification will be awarded under a sole source justification and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 to exercise the Option Year 1 of contract 200-2009-31671. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to fxo3@cdc.gov, which shall be considered by the agency no later than August 13, 2010 at 12:00 PM EST.
