Description

Work Statement for Wiring The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Progressive Technologies, Inc., 3750 Old Getwell Rd., Memphis, TN 38118, for Wiring at the IRS Memphis location starting from the date of award through September 30, 2010. This Award will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the attached Work Statement. The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source. However, all responsive, responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations to Yolanda McDaniel at: Yolanda.R.McDaniel@irs.gov, or fax at 404-338-9231 no later than August 6, 2010 @ 5:00 pm EST. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
