Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting quotes for preventative maintenance services for the Dialysis water system located at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center - 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract under NAICS: 811219, Size Standard is $7 million. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
