- SYNOPSIS FOR WEED CONTROL The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required weed control services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 561730, Landscaping Services. The requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Contractors and will contain only one base year (01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011). The evaluation factor is lowest price technically acceptable. A site visit is not mandatory but encouraged. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 30 July 2010. All contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423.
