- The Finch-Henry Job Corps Center is looking for qualified contractors to participate in a bid for the design and construction of the renovation of the interior of approximately 8,900 square feet in the building #6, Wing "B" and lobby of the male dormitory. The work includes general architectural repairs and replacements but not limited to: Windows, floors, ceiling, bathrooms renovation, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-through on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Finch-Henry Job Corps Center. The meeting will be held in the conference room of Building #1, Adminstration/Health Services. All interested vendors must attend the meeting and walk-through in order for the bid to be accepted.
