Description
(Subject Continued) Toilets at various locations Contract Award Amount equals $7,420.00 Recovery Funds, and $45,201.00 Non-Recovery Funds. Specific Tasks 1.C.5.1 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation necessary to, Construct the sidewalks and approach systems at the following Vault Toilet locations: "Sparrowfoot 4 (four) "Windsor Crossing 1 (one) "Thibaut (Tebo) Pont 5 (five) "Talley Bend 1 (one) "Bucksaw 1 (one) "Bledsoe Ferry East 2 (two) "Bledsoe Ferry West 1 (one) "Long Shoal 3(three) "Osage Bluff 3 (three) "Fairfield Boat Ramp 1 (one) All work is to be performed as described in this Scope of Work, to include the attached sketches and specifications, as defined in the solicitation. Vault Toilet Approaches: a.Pads shall be 4 inches thick. b.Sidewalks shall be 4 inches thick except where noted on drawings. c.Concrete shall be 5.5 bag mix with air entraining. d. inch rebar shall be spaced no more than 24 inches apart each way in sidewalks. e. inch rebar shall be spaced 3 pieces lengthwise and 24 inches apart crossway in sidewalks. f.All sides shall be edged. g.Light broom finish. h.Pads shall be constructed within sketch dimensions. All pad sites will require either excavation and or fill to achieve grade where required. Borrow material for fill can be obtained from nearby locations designated by the COR. i.Top of concrete should extend to ground level around perimeter edge.
