- Personal Assistant Solicitation DOL101RP20283 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. (II) This solicitation document is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals on RFP No. DOL101RP20283. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 (Correction), dated July 23, 2010. (IV) This is a full and open procurement. The associated NAICS code is 541611. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial service: CLIN 0001: Personal Assistant (Base Period) CLIN 1001: Personal Assistant (Option Year 1) CLIN 2001: Personal Assistant (Option Year 2) CLIN 3001: Personal Assistant (Option Year 3) CLIN 4001: Personal Assistant (Option Year 4) (VI) Place of Performance: Washington, D.C. (VII) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (See at www.arnet.gov/far/) (VIII) The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items (June 2008), applies to this acquisition (See attached). Please complete and return with quote or indicate on quote that your company is registered at www.orca.bpn.gov. Please do NOT send ORCA registration. (IX) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Feb 2007), applies to this acquisition. (See at www.arnet.gov/far/) (X) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (April 2008) applies to this acquisition. (See Attached) (XI) The Government intends to award a Labor-Hour contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. (XII) Proposals are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 4:00 PM EST on August 5, 2010.
