- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services, within 5 miles of 1408 Jackson, Monroe, Louisiana 71201 and within.5 miles to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2010 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2015. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 25: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 25 inmates = 25 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 25 Inmates = 600 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 25 Inmates = 1,800 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 12 Inmates = 144 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 1 inmates = 1 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 2 Inmates = 2 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 24 units per inmate for 1 inmates = 24 units; Medication Monitoring 6 report per inmate for 2 inmates = 12 Monitorings. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated April 2010. The request for quotation will be available on or after August 3, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
