Description

RECOVERY – THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is issued in accordance with the guidance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR Subpart 5.705. Contract Number SB1341-07-CQ-0016, Task Order Number 69378 was awarded to Merrick and Company of Aurora, CO on September 8, 2009, in the amount of $972,566.02, including the base and all option line items. Modification T001 was executed on March 29, 2010 to add a task, extend the period of performance and extend the due date for deliverables. The period of performance is currently September 10, 2009, through June 24, 2010. Work required under this task order will result in the delivery of all tooling and fixtures for a prototype of a shim safety rod. The Contractor will also further update procedures and protocols based on theories established, but not tested, under the first task order. Testing will be completed in conjunction with the fabrication of the prototype. Modification T002 shall be executed to extend the period of performance, and extend the due dates for outstanding deliverables. The period of performance shall be changed as follows: FROM: September 10, 2009 through June 24, 2010; TO: September 10, 2009 through July 30, 2010. The total amount of the Task Order shall remain unchanged.
