- This procurement is a total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. A Request for Proposal will be issued as a SDVOSB set-aside and a contract will be awarded to the selected SDVOSB Contractor to perform the following requirements: "Replace Air Handling Units" located at NCHCS, Martinez Campus, and Building 21. Project Overview Building 21, Project consists of general construction, alterations, patching, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing construction and installation of new Air Handling Units 1, 2, and 3. Work will also include balancing the entire air and water systems, work associated with fire suppression system and electrical work associated with demolition and installation of new equipment, controls, lighting and fire alarm devices. The NAICS Code for this construction project is 236220 with Small Business Size Standard of $31 Million. The magnitude of the construction for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
